 Minimum
of six years of system design and programming analysis experience
including computer conversions, manage information systems,
development of systems and programming specifications. Experienced in
structured programming and design, database systems and
telecommunications. |

Minimum of two years of programming
experience. Has developed detailed programming specifications, general
and detailed flowcharts, as well as coding, testing and debugging
programs for a wide variety of applications. |

 Minimum of nine years of system and programming
experience with the ability to solve any problems related to the
information sciences including feasibility studies and software
development. Large-scale project management experience. |

Minimum of four years of structured
programming experience on third and fourth generation equipment. Has
extensive experience in the implementation of a variety of systems,
including management reporting, inventory control and general
accounting functions |

 Minimum of twelve years of systems and programming
experience, in addition to a general information science background.
